DP 4 The Healing Ministry of Jesus Christ -- Holland MI
Are you curious about how we participate with God in what he wants to do in healing individuals, communities and nations?
Have you ever read how Jesus and his disciples did healing ministry and wondered, “Can that still happen today?”
This conference, on The Healing Ministry of Jesus Christ, is the fourth in a series of six Dunamis Project conferences. We will examine Jesus' healing ministry as our model for praying for many types of healing, including the physical, emotional and spiritual. Theory and practical application help make this dimension of ministry a reality in our own lives and in the Church.
We will cover topics like:
- Biblical and Theological Foundations for Healing Ministry
- Spiritual, Inner and Relational Healing
- In-depth Inner Healing
- Guidelines for Physical Healing
- Developing Healing Ministry in the Local Church
This conference is for those who have a heart to see Jesus bring healing in their own lives, families, churches, communities and nations.

Rev. Linda Ruby
Rev. Linda is currently a PCUSA pastor in Pittsburgh, PA. She has served many small churches who have struggled for their existence and she has witnessed congregations be transformed when they have grasped the importance of prayer, biblical stewardship and spiritual gifts.
She believes congregations exist for two purposes: to worship, glorify and honor Jesus Christ and to further the mission of Jesus Christ. This is the basis for her involvement in the Dunamis Discipleship training.
Through her many years of involvement, she has seen lives change as people have grasped the importance of God, the Holy Spirit in their lives. She has been involved in teaching, mentoring and sharing about the powerful yet personal involvement of the Holy Spirit as she has witnessed Jesus’ love permeate people’s hearts and bring healing into people’s lives.
Rev. James Kearny
Rev. James is a Presbyterian Pastor ministering in Seattle’s urban core. He became involved in PRMI over a decade ago as he searched for more effective tools for bringing the kingdom. He taught and practiced the principles of Dunamis in his congregation as well as teaching around the US.
James also serves on the PRMI board and a group working to promote Dunamis in the Pacific NW. He brings stories of introducing a fuller understanding and practice of the person and work of the Holy Spirit in a PC(USA) congregation.
If you have not attended Dunamis Project 1: Gateways to Empowered Ministry, a brief summary will be offered at "Gateways Makeup." There you will have a chance to review the fundamentals of Dunamis and what it means to be empowered by the Holy Spirit.
