Description
Exousia is the training program where PRMI raises up new teachers, new leaders, and new intercessors for the work of expanding the reach of PRMI.
Exousia is where we equip our faculty, apprentice teachers, track directors, and site team members. It is where you will get our DNA.
In this special teacher training workshop for the Dunamis Fellowship Northwest USA, you’ll have the chance to watch up to 3.5 hours of online video about
- How to become a teacher for PRMI
- What it means to teach at a Dunamis Project
- Making the Dunamis teaching your own
- Five Effective Tips for Leading through your teaching.
- Refresher on Dunamis Culture
- An hour summary of the entire content of Dunamis Project 1: Gateways to Empowerment
- Core Concepts in Gateways to Empowerment that set the foundation for the rest of the Dunamis Project units.
On the day of training itself, you’ll hear some of the distinct teaching challenges/pitfalls/rabbit trails to avoid for each of the six individual Dunamis Project units.
Then, you’ll have an opportunity to teach a unit live to a small group, and receive coaching feedback from your peers and from ministry coaches.
