My first experience with PRMI was coming to the Community of the Cross for Family Camp back in 2004 as a child. My parents had recently started going to Dunamis Projects and wanted our whole family to be involved.

My family was impacted in a significant way by the teachings; we continued to grow in our understanding of the Holy Spirit and how that impact our walk with God. As I grew up, I would pop in and out of events held in Michigan as my parents served in different leadership roles.

I was very privileged to grow up with an understanding of the Holy Spirit and have the safe place to practice with the gifts and talents that the Lord had give me for ministry.

Education and Missions History

As I grew up, after high school I attend a gap year program focused on discipleship and leadership within inner city missions in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

A few years later, I attend Bethany Global University in Minnesota and earned a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Intercultural Ministry Studies and Bible & Theology with the focus on missions.

As part of my studies, I lived in Marseille, France for 16 months as in intern missionary getting to learn culture, language and how to do missions in a cross-cultural context.

I had felt called a young age to be in ministry and from my time at Bethany, I felt called to be a mobilizer for missions and committing to doing my part to fulfill the Great Commission by raising up, discipling, and support people who are called to the front lines of missions in practical ways.

Office Administrator at PRMI

When I became aware of the need for an Office Administrator at PRMI, I knew that it was the next place for me to be in my walk with the Lord and His calling on my life. In addition, I wanted to give back the ministry that had a large impact on my life. I moved from my home in West Michigan to come serve in Western North Carolina.

I started in the beginning of July 2021.

I am excited to apply and learn more about my gifts in administration for the PRMI office and hospitality, specifically at the Community of the Cross while growing more in my knowledge and understanding of the Holy Spirit, exalting Jesus, who leads us to the Father.

My prayer is that I would be able to create safe places that people would be drawn to knowing that they are seen and known, and they would be able to experience the love of Christ.
