Carla McMurry ministered alongside her husband, Doug, in local churches for many years. Since 2006, God is challenging them to build The Clearing Where Eagles Fly, a Christian retreat center, devoted to prayer, seeking spiritual awakening, especially among Native American people, and throughout Central Virginia.
Here Carla has opportunity to use her gifts of worship and hospitality to God’s glory. Carla and Doug have four children and nine grandchildren.
