“’Not by might, not by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD.” Zechariah 4:10

God gave this message to the Jews who were tasked with rebuilding the Temple in Jerusalem. They were discouraged. Because of their rebellion against God, their country was destroyed. Called by the God of all mercies to return and rebuild, the Spirit was admonishing them to begin again relying upon the LORD, not their own strength and best intentions.

How are you doing? How is your family? How is your community? Your country? If you are like me, you are facing many challenges and disappointments. Like the Jews of old, you might be wondering “Where do I find the strength to forward in the face of such opposition?” “How can I hope after seeing so many things go wrong in my life, in my family, in the life of my community?”

This June 7-11, join PRMI at the Community of the Cross for a time of seeking God to revive us again. At “Preparing for the Next Great Awakening in the Power of the Holy Spirit” we will focus on equipping and prayer to step into your place in preparing for, igniting, and sustaining revivals.

Who knows? Perhaps God has let things get so bad to prompt us to look up and seek Him, the source, guide and sustainer of all that is.
