My name is Chris Haynes. I am an American who has been serving for almost ten years as a missionary in Prague, Czech Republic. There are a number of ways that the Lord has used me to bring the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ to Czechs and internationals here in Europe, for which I would appreciate your prayers.
Pray for this Work
- As an outreach of Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru) during the school year, I teach English conversation classes at the Prague Economic University (VSE) to develop relationships with Czech and international university students.
- On Thursdays, I host a dinner and Bible study for university students and young professionals.
- I am on the leadership team of the International Bible Church of Prague, oversee Outreach programs, and serve on the teaching team, preaching regularly.
- I help lead the Alpha Course twice a year with a team made up of leaders from international English-speaking churches in Prague.
- I have also been blessed to help with the Dunamis Course here in the Czech Republic as well as previously in Belarus and Estonia.
- I serve as the Liaison to the Vatican for Presbyterian-Reformed Ministries International and seek to cooperate with faithful charismatic and traditional Catholics in re-evangelizing the Czech Republic and Europe.
- I am in the process of being ordained as a minister of Word and Sacrament in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC)
