2016 marks the 50th Anniversary of Presbyterian Reformed Ministries International.
It’s our mission to help you learn how to cooperate with the Holy Spirit wherever you serve so you can live out your part in the Kingdom of God.
We celebrate what God has done, is doing, and wants to do in the future with PRMI.
We know that future begins with prayer.
To celebrate PRMI’s 50th anniversary, we have established a Celebration Fund to support and to mobilize prayer for the next waves of the Holy Spirit.
Here are two recent examples of how PRMI helps people awaken to the joys of prayer and mobilizes people into different types of prayer ministry.
Growing to Lead Prayer Ministry in the Local Church
Nancy Brouthers experienced an encounter with Jesus through the ministry of PRMI.
A friend invited her to the Advanced Healing and Deliverance class. She tells the result of experiencing prayer:
The timing was perfect, and I experienced deep healing from Jesus as people trained to cooperate with Holy Spirit prayed for me. Since then I’ve gone through Dunamis, and at my church I lead an inner healing and deliverance prayer team in cooperating with Holy Spirit.
Nancy has grown in advancing the Kingdom of God, in part, because of the prayer ministry of PRMI.
Mobilizing Intercessor Networks
Martin Boardman, currently PRMI’s Board President, deepened his prayer ministry through Dunamis:
I was the prayer coordinator in my church when I was invited to attend a weekend event with PRMI. I discovered there how to listen to the Holy Spirit and that has changed my prayer ministry. I served on prayer teams at Dunamis, and now lead various prayer networks for PRMI Mission Outreach. Learning to pray in cooperation with the Holy Spirit has transformed my life, ministry and calling.
Martin now mobilizes prayer networks for the mission work of PRMI enabling others who seek to pray in the future.

Driven to Multiply Prayer Leaders 1000 fold
Through PRMI’s teaching, people discover the joy of learning how to listen to the Holy Spirit in prayer.
This affects their ministry, wherever they are and however they live it out.
We repeatedly hear “I can listen to the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit can help me in my personal life, ministry life. That changes how I do life.”
When we hear these stories (and many more like them), it is impossible not to get excited about what God can do with PRMI and prayer ministry over the next 50 years.

Through gifts to 50th Celebration Fund, we want to help people to grow, be equipped, empowered to lead others and do the work of prayer.
- Nancy leads the prayer ministry at her church.
- Martin mobilizes hundreds in prayer as prayer coordinator for mission outreach.
- A prayer group at the COC mobilizes intercessors around the world through online prayer gatherings.
After the recent Growing the Church event, one participant shared:
I was particularly drawn to the dynamic of intercessory prayer as I am the new Chairman of the Spiritual Formation Committee and have been asked to be the prayer mobilizer of my church.
I plan to use what I learned at the conference to be a foundation and guide for growing the gift of intercessory prayer.
You might be starting with Dunamis and awakening to the reality of cooperating with the Holy Spirit in prayer.

Our goal is $150,000 for the 50th Celebration Fund to help PRMI mobilize prayer by providing for the creation of materials, venues, networks, and teaching to mobilize prayer.
The fund will help with
- prayer events,
- staff salary,
- travel expenses, and
- distribution of materials for prayer.
Most of all, it will resource you and many believers around world into various spheres of prayer.
