PRMI is governed by a Board of Directors, which confirms ministry vision and monitors finances. It offers accountability and spiritual oversight to PRMI’s ministry.
Qualifications for membership on the Board are: being called by Jesus Christ and anointed with the Holy Spirit to provide spiritual oversight of this ministry, and membership in the Dunamis Fellowship International.
The Board of Directors has the primary responsibility for determining the mission and vision of the organization, setting strategic direction, and ensuring the ministry meets its legal and financial responsibilities. It is not a management board, involved in the daily operations of the ministry.
All board members maintain an individual membership in the Dunamis Fellowship International, and serve a three-year term, without compensation.
Board members must:
- Adhere to the PRMI Statement of Faith
- Be informed on issues and agenda items in advance of all meetings
- Contribute skills, knowledge and experience when appropriate
- Participate in organizational decision making
- Assume leadership roles in all board activities, including fund raising
- Professionally represent the organization to the public and private industry
- Continue to educate themselves about the needs of the organization
The Current Board of Directors
This list is current as of January 2020.

Rev. Dr. Brad Long
Executive Director of PRMI
In 1991 I started the Dunamis Project – a series of six intensive equipping events that focus on helping men and women to cooperate with the Holy Spirit in ministry.
That first Dunamis Project was in Lake George, New York. Dunamis is now the core teaching content for PRMI as we mobilize volunteers around the world to help believers cooperate with the Holy Spirit.

Rev. Cindy Strickler
Director of PRMI and Head of Staff,
Director of the Dunamis Fellowship International,
Vice President & Dean of Faculty Dunamis Institute
In 1991 I came to my first PRMI event: the very first Dunamis Project which was offered in Lake George, NY.
It was at Lake George Dunamis Project, where I was baptized with the Holy Spirit and a whole new adventure in walking with the Lord began, where I learned how to cooperate with the Holy Spirit, a journey that continues to the present day.

Rev. Earl Rutledge
President, PRMI Board of Directors
PRMI has given me a systematic teaching on the work of the Holy Spirit that encourages me to cooperate with Him daily and in every area of my life.
PRMI has given me a tool to use in teaching and training others in a complete, organized and practical manner.
…
Kay Gebben
Treasurer, PRMI (2020 and forward)
Kay is Chief Financial Officer of Venture Source, Inc. Kay has served as track director for a Dunamis Project series in Michigan and as an intercessor in several places for the ministry.
…
Janet Yusi
PRMI Board Secretary (2020 and forward)
Since 1993 PRMI has kept me growing in “dance steps” with the Holy Spirit. A life-changing concept I learned is to ask “How can the Holy Spirit use me?” rather than “How can I use the Holy Spirit?”
…
Pauline Eyles
Vice President, PRMI Board of Directors (August 2020 – )
I first encountered PRMI/Dunamis teaching in the UK in 2001.
The comprehensive Dunamis Project teaching on all aspects of the Person, work, empowerment and gifts of the Holy Spirit gave me an excellent framework for understanding what I was struggling to relate to experientially.

Joanne Rozendaal
In the late 1990’s, searching to know more about the Christian walk, God provided the PRMI teaching at a Dunamis Project to connect my head to my heart.
Set free from striving in my own strength, I now depend on the Holy Spirit for guidance in ministry. I have a deep passion for people to know and experience the love of Jesus through inner healing prayer, and for people to be equipped and empowered by the Holy Spirit to serve in the local church.
My Biblical worldview has expanded, Jesus has filled me joy and God has done immeasurable more than I can imagine, for which I am very grateful.

Jay Knoblock
PRMI Mission Partner in Asia
The Dunamis Ministry marries Biblical truth with practical experience in a safe, gentle atmosphere.
God has used this ministry to grow my trust in the Holy Spirit’s leading, ground me in Biblical truth, and increase my love for and desire to partner with His people.
…
Chris James
Over fifty years ago a bunch of lovely Christians enabled me to give my
heart to Jesus and I found myself blessed with fantastic teachers and mentors in the faith.
About 20 years ago my wife Lynne and I encountered Dunamis and attended a UK track. This was life changing!

Rev. Betsy Rumer
Executive Pastor of Ministry at Memorial Park Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Pittsburgh PA
“PRMI is a bright light in the midst of a dark world. Their teaching on the work of the Holy Spirit and their dependence upon God’s guidance through Him in everything they do makes a God follower like me want to lean in, listen, participate and support His work.”
…
Rev. Rich DeRuiter
Rich has led worship for PRMI events since 2006 and has taught in various capacities for PRMI since 2009. As a teacher, Rich has a passion for helping people come to a clear, Biblical and practical understanding of the empowering and transforming work of the Holy Spirit in people’s lives.
As a worship leader, Rich has a passion for leading people in authentic worship in the context of a genuine encounter with the Living God.

Rev. Doug McMurry
Doug McMurry has been a Presbyterian pastor since 1982. Baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1972, he remembers well the Presbyterian Charismatic Communion that gave birth to PRMI in the 1980’s. He remembers, too, the first few years of Brad Long’s tenure as Executive Director beginning in 1990 when Brad and Doug initiated work on The Dunamis Project. The hope was to move beyond holding inspirational celebrations for large groups of charismatics, to teaching and training Reformed people how to walk in the power of the Spirit–discipling people in “how to do it.”

Rev. Keith Hill
Senior Pastor, St. Giles Presbyterian Church
As a young pastor, being enthused about the Holy Spirit made me a bit of an outlier among my presbytery colleagues – a lonely place. PRMI provided the wonderfully supportive fellowship, which I so badly needed.
…
Greg Wohrle
PRMI Board of Directors (August 2020 — )
I was raised in the church and have been a believer since age twelve, serving in multiple ways from church janitorial duties, teaching adults, leading small groups, volunteering in teen ministry, serving on church and other boards. I was a “faithful churchman.”
I was intentionally serving the Lord in my local church and didn’t know there was more. It wasn’t until I received the PRMI teaching at Dunamis Projects in 2003 that I understood there was so much more in walking with Jesus through knowing and cooperating with Holy Spirit.
