Today is the seventh day of 40 days of prayer for PRMI.

Each day during this prayer watch there will be a new post centred around three themes of Praise, Reflect and Pray.

Praise:  It is always good to begin by lifting up the Lord in praise. Each day there is a different attribute of God to focus upon.

Reflect: God’s Word is our foundation. Each day there is a verse or a short passage to reflect upon. Each of these scripture passages picks up on the weekly theme.

Pray: Let the Holy Spirit lead you as you pray for the ministry of PRMI. There are some suggestions for how to pray. If you include them that is great. If the Holy Spirit guides you in a different direction that is great too.

Week 1: The Waterfall of Prayer

Day 7

Praise the Lord for who he is…

  • The God who gives
  • For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,

that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

    John 3:16(NIV)

Reflect upon his WordActs 2:17–18(NIV)

17 ‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people.

Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions,

your old men will dream dreams.

18 Even on my servants, both men and women,

I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.

Pray as the Spirit leads

  • Pray for the Dunamis Project 1: Gateways to Empowered Ministry
  • Ask the Lord to use this Dunamis project to open people’s eyes to the person and work of the Holy Spirit
  • Pray for Worldviews to continue to be expanded
  • Pray for all those who teach at Gateways or at the Gateways makeup to be effective teachers

Please use the comments section to post your own reflections and prayers
