In this fifth week the focus of the prayer watch centres on the rivers of prayer. The work of prayer at the Community of the Cross does not remain in Black Mountain but reaches out to have a global impact in our world.

Each day during this prayer watch there will be a new post centred around three themes of Praise, Reflect and Pray.

Week 5: Rivers of Prayer

Day 30

Praise

Praise the Lord for who he is: The eternal God who saves

to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen. Jude 25 (NASB)

Reflect

Reflect upon his word: Isaiah 60:1–3(NIV)

1“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lordrises upon you. 2See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lordrises upon you and his glory appears over you. 3Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.

Pray

Pray as the Spirit leads…

  • Lift up PRMI’s Mission Outreach vision initiative
  • Give thanks for the countries which are being impacted by the Dunamis teaching
  • Ask the Lord to raise up intercessors and ministry partners for this outreach work
  • Pray that the Lord would give clear discernment about new opportunities and that he will build strong connections with believers around the world

Please use the comments section to post your own reflections and prayers (we have updated the site so comments can now be recorded)
