In this third week of this 40 days of prayer watch for PRMI, the theme is springs of healing.
Healing is a significant aspect of the ministry of PRMI. Each day during this prayer watch there will be a new post centred around three themes of Praise, Reflect and Pray.
Week 3: Springs of Healing
Day 20
Praise
Praise the Lord for who he is: God is forgiving
They refused to listen and failed to remember the miracles you performed among them. They became stiff-necked and in their rebellion appointed a leader in order to return to their slavery. But you are a forgiving God, gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love. Therefore you did not desert them, Nehemiah 9:17(NIV)
Reflect
Reflect upon his word: Colossians 1:21-23 (NIV)
21Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil

Martin,
1 Kings 19:12. God uses small things to open mighty doors. As I read about Elijah I find that God never abandons his people. He has those who have not bowed to Baal.
I believe that God is using you in his plans.
Thank God for your work of prayer. Jim Skidmore
