In this third week of this 40 days of prayer watch for PRMI, the theme is springs of healing.
Healing is a significant aspect of the ministry of PRMI. Each day during this prayer watch there will be a new post centred around three themes of Praise, Reflect and Pray.
Week 3: Springs of Healing
Day 19
Praise
Praise the Lord for who he is: God is patient
The Lord is not slow about his promise, as some think of slowness, but is patient with you, not wanting any to perish, but all to come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9 (NRSV)
Reflect
Reflect upon his word: Acts 14:8-10 (NRSV)
8In Lystra there was a man sitting who could not use his feet and had never walked, for he had been crippled from birth.9He listened to Paul as he was speaking. And Paul, looking at him intently and seeing that he had faith to be healed,10said in a loud voice, “Stand upright on your feet.” And the man sprang up and began to walk.
Pray
Pray as the Spirit leads…
- Pray for the Dunamis Project 3: The Power of Prayer
- Ask the Lord to use this project to ignite and deepen people’s prayer lives
- Pray that the Lord would raise up and equip intercessors to stand in the gap and see God’s kingdom advanced in their families, churches, communities and nation
- Pray that prayer would be a joy and not a chore
