CALL TO WORSHIP AND PRAISE ON BEHALF OF PRMI    

Tamera Brockman, a member of the Dunamis Fellowship, received a Word to call for a time of praise and worship on behalf of PRMI. Download her letter  HERE .  These are some of the responses of those who were led to join in this time of Worship and Praise.

 
I just wanted to let you know that I will be participating in the prayer week of praise and worship.   Martin B.
 
This coming week I feel led to pray the night watch for the provisions to come in. I'll use fixed-time Prayer from "The Divine Hours'" (Phyllis Tickle). It is mainly agreeing with praises of the ancient church in hymns and scripture. Probably third watch.    

“If all these things are to be had by merely knocking at mercy’s door, O my soul, knock hard this morning, and ask for large things of thy generous God.Leave not the throne of grace till all thy wants have been spread before the Lord, and until by faith thou hast a comfortable prospect that they shall all be supplied. No bashfulness need retard when Jesus invites. No unbelief should hinder when Jesus promises. To All,  We will conducting a Dunamis Gateways seminar that week in Wonju, Kangwon Do, Korea.  Consider all the prayer, praise and worship that will be lifted up then to join in with this.  Our Gateways runs from Monday, July 4 to Friday, the 8th.  Remember us in your prayers.
It looks like it will be a good seminar with about 100 people participating and several different people giving the talks.  We are building our Korean team!    Ben T.

Could this also be a time of confession and repentence as we enter into praise and worship? I do not know if this fits in at this time or not but have been sensing that prayer, praise and worship along with confession and repentence for a while also. There is something about confession and repentence being like the ritual cleansing that the Jews would do before entering the temple. For your discernment.  Lan H.   

Yes, I plan to participate in "A Contribution of Praise". We will join together in a concert of praise, exalting the King of Glory! That reminds me of Psalm 24, which seems so appropriate for this event. "Lift up your heads, O gates! ...that the KING OF GLORY MAY COME IN!...Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory!" Amen and amen!   Margie C

I have called a prayer meeting for Friday afternoon where we are coming together to pray for prmi.  We will certainly join the concert of praise to our great God!  Mary S.  

Our church] will be participating in the Contribution of Praise.  We are putting copies of it in our bulletin this Sunday and encouraging our folks not only to give a contribution of praise for PRMI but also, in respect to the last paragraph, to any of their own concerns and/or intercessions. Nick K.   
 
I set my heart to join in the week of July 1 to July 7th to worship and praise  to the Father for the existence of PRMI.   All knowledge is in The Father and His plan and His Son and His Holy Spirit. May we draw closer.   Myrna F. 
    
Confirmation regarding the Contribution of Praise

The following is a message from the Lord given to me on my flight from Atlanta to Seattle after the June 2010 healing week at the Community of the Cross in NC.

“Put your mask on first and then help the person sitting next to you to put their air mask on.”
“What do you mean, Lord?”
“All that is covered in the Living Water is under Holy Spirit’s care. Let go of your focus on them for now. Spend time at your home doing the things I’ve shown you -  rest, sleep, flag, paint, create your garden. Paint the deck. Worship Me. I’ll tell you when to shift.
“My nourishment (oxygen from the mask) doesn’t come second-hand. I AM gives it to you from My Resources. Come to Me. Eat at My Table. I AM a jealous God. My Purposes and Food are designed for you. Come. Eat. Let Me be your source, not others.”

The attached picture is the drawing that came with the word. It is a picture of my “home” and what He has called me (and now I believe others, as well) to do and be.


The call is to worship. As we worship, others are blessed. I believe the message is that worship is our oxygen mask. Holy Spirit is the Oxygen flowing through the mask.

The explanation below is as it came to me. The image may mean something else to others.  In the image Holy Spirit is symbolized by water. The red rectangles are the windows in my “home”. I notice that there is a place to sit in the central area of my “home”. It makes me think of times of meditation and contemplation. There is also lots of room to move about and dance, with plenty of windows to keep a watch out for the situations He has called me to pray.

Flagging/Worship: Connecting Holy Spirit with the world outside “my place”
Deep Water  (I cannot see all that is being accomplished but I know He is working, because He said He would.)

Sleeping: Holy Spirit pours in and through, restoring, rejuvenating. (There is a curtain Holy Spirit uses closing off the world from our sleep. He also blankets us with the blood of Jesus and His comfort. Dreams and visions often come at this time. The water is crystal clear and quietly flowing.)

Resting: Not engaged but aware of movement of Holy Spirit. (The firm foundation has been laid and solid boundaries are in place for clear direction of the flow of the Spirit.)

What is going on as a result of our putting our oxygen mask on first: If we watch out our windows we can see what God is doing… at our church, the CoC, the organizations and individuals we intercede for, our family members, the work He has called us to do. For me that is painting. The easel is set up and the paint, Holy Spirit, is on my brush, leading the process.

Through it all, the Holy Spirit is moving, flowing and accomplishing God’s purposes…sometimes with still waters, sometimes with deep waters, sometimes with swirling rapids.

My Contribution of Praise began this morning reading Psalms 146-150 aloud as I waved my flag from the deck of our home. The deck faces North and the city of Seattle. I believe this call is from the Lord and He intends to accomplish His purposes through our worship in our “place” as well as around the world. My contribution for CoC is included in my continuing daily worship as well as from July 1-July7.  Sallie P.

Hi guys: Just to let you know that i am joining in on this one!  We are at our house in France - so prayers are going up from an area not normally conncected to PRMI>   I have felt for some time that God was saying to me about PRMI, DFB&I and Living Waters in the UK - that when it comes to finance - we need to 'RELEASE NOT RAISE'.    For around a month now I  have regularly been speaking scriptures regarding finances and giving and receiving etc - over the needs of PRMI DFB& I and Living Waters.  i felt that God was saying to me that these scriptures were the seeds of financial blessing.  I will indeed meditate on the words from Tamara and join in the shout of praise.   Pauline E.
