PRMI is a “faith ministry”. By this we mean that we believe God has called us to follow Him in obedience by sharing the vision of what He is doing and inviting others to participate.

We are a ministry committed to fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28) through the gifts and power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:4-8). This engagement in the Kingdom of God is not something that can be bought and sold. Therefore, we have a policy that we are not to charge for ministry. (Remember Simon the magician in Acts 8:9-24? The Holy Spirit cannot be bought or sold!)

The Dunamis Course, with its growing nationwide network of anointed facilitators and teaching materials, is a part of the move of the Holy Spirit for igniting renewal, engagement in missions and evangelism in local congregations. This program is to be developed and extended on the same principles of obedience to Jesus Christ and trusting Him for provision as the PRMI Dunamis Project and the Dunamis Fellowship.

It has cost about US$30,000 to develop each of the courses. Most of this expense has been covered by generous gifts that have made the production of the course possible. For the ongoing development and administration of the course we depend on gifts and donations. We also depend on well-equipped facilitators who are all volunteers.

The actual expense to PRMI for producing the materials for each course is as follows:

For Introducing the Dunamis Course and equipping facilitators the cost is as follows:

The Facilitator Equipping Event, usually a day-long event, may include registration fees for meals or lodging depending on the location. At each equipping event, offerings will be taken to help cover the cost of the materials, administration and development as well as to help fulfill the vision of the Dunamis Course in nurturing renewal in congregations.

The actual cost of implementing the course is much more than listed above, but is seen as ministry and so there is no charge. The policy for paying for the cost of the course in a local congregation is as follows:

1. A set of materials will be given to each facilitator, this is their “tool chest” for ministry. 
2. Student workbooks may be ordered from the Black Mountain office for each student at $10.00 each plus shipping. 
3. Both facilitators and participants in the course are invited to share in the vision of the course, pray for the course and ask participants to give financially. 
4. Supplementary materials such as books by Brad Long and Doug McMurry, may be purchased from the Black Mountain office.
